WHAT FOOD SHOULD YOU AVOID IF YOU HAVE STOMACH ULCER

Tomato-based products: Tomatoes and tomato-based products are acidic and can increase stomach acidity, which can cause irritation.   

Fried and fatty foods: Foods high in fat can stimulate the production of stomach acid and slow gastric emptying, increasing pressure and discomfort.  

Caffeine: Coffee, tea and certain soft drinks contain caffeine, which can stimulate acid production. 

In addition, caffeine can increase the secretion of stomach acid.
