Wow! Children are the lights and House wires of the Home but, it doesn't really start that way, does it? I guess no! It first begins with body intimacy on the part of the Spouses which led to PROCREATION.
It(procreation) being an important sector in a Man's life since it ensures the continuity of his name or generation drags down to the shrill Cry of a new born baby!
A baby is an Infant or a young Child who is not yet Walking-Actually he/she is the Youngest member in the Family(in most cases).
Exercise, on the other hand is the involvement of the body in Mental or Physical activity or effort. A good example is Jogging(A Health Exercise).
But Exercise doesn't and shouldn't begin when you starts seeing Beards or Breast protuberance in your alledged Baby, nope it starts more vividly when he hasn't even learnt the art of crawling or speaking even though it really commences its action in the Womb of which the baby's kick is a good knockout to that point.
There are Healthy Exercises for Babies of which we will majorly paint into Inscription in this Post, a few list are Sucking, Crawling, Talking, Lying, Learning how to Sit and Learning how to take in Foods that are Solid in the making.
And before we go further , do take note that Babies are free gift of God and definitely not of Human making(Those married without issues to show for it, is a classical Example).
Scientifically, Babies are formed by the process of the Fertilization or the coming together of the Spermatozoa(of a Male) and Ovum(of a Female).
The above points above range down to indicate that your primary duty as a loving and caring Mother is to ensure the immunization of your Baby(ies) against the gripping hands of Diseases and Infections, give to your Ward(Child) exclusively and without reserve your Breast Milk so as to energize the Hormones necessary for proper and healthy development and growth benefiting your Ward Physically, Mentally, Spiritually, Emotionally and Socially.
That apart let's dive into the aforementioned Exercise Sequence. The first layer is that of Sucking. To most People it's coming like a shock but Truth be told, Sucking is the first activity or Exercise a Baby learns.
It's a very important and Healthy Exercise. A good Sucking Child is bound to feed well and Statistics has proven beyond any doubt that they look Healthier than other Babies with no Good Sucking(Reflex).
The Second Step is that of Sitting Education. Mothers mostly Err in this regards. Don't (as a Mother or Female Parent) cultivate the Custom of backing or carrying your Baby(ies) about which Veers to their rendering the Baby's Power of competing in Life Useless!
What you fail to grasp while doing such is that while, the Baby is sitting, Several bones in the Baby is energized and exercised and that's a spring of Growth for the Baby.
Do know that Two parts of the Body are well informed before Exercising can be possible - They are The Anatomy(Structure) and The Physiology(Function).
And these are further divided into Four simpler Parts; The Muscles, The Joints and The Nerve and Blood Supply.
Crawling is the Third Exercising Stage of a Baby. It's a healthy Body activity in that as the Baby is Crawling there is a Stimulation as to regards the healthy flow of Blood, the Strengthening of the Bones and the wonderful effect as regards his Motion.
Standing and Walking Education is the Next and Fourth Category of Healthful Exercising for the Baby. It usually starts when the Baby has satisfactorily master his Crawling Ethics in that he learns to grab any object in close Collision around him/her- A thinking reflex action, in-order to Aid his standing, to be followed by moving a Step on his or her own without the assistance of any object as this layer, the Bones and Muscles are experiencing active his first glimpse of Active Exercising.
The Development and Growth (according to recent findings and searches) of the Bone Tissues begins before Natal(Birth) and is never Complete until Age Twenty-five(25) years. That's one of the major reason why young Adults and Pregnant Women are strongly advised to go for or consume a Healthy Balanced Diet.
There are Two types of Bone Curvature- The Primary and The Secondary Curvature. A Classical Example of Primary Curvature is that of a Fetus in the Uterus(Womb) lying curled up to the extent The Head and Knees are more or less contacting.
The Secondary Curvature is further broken down to Two of which they are Secondary Cervical Curve and Secondary Lumbar Curve.
The Secondary Cervical Curve starts its growth from the period the Child can hold his Head(Pro-three Months later), while the Secondary Lumbar Curve starts Twelvth to Eighteenth Month after natal-a period when the Baby can stand upright.
Now let's go deeper as we consonant the Joint to the Standing and Walking Scenerio.
A joint is that particular Site or Location at which any duo(two) or more Bones meet-either Converging or Diverging. It's further broken down into Three.
The Primo of these is the Fixed or Immovable Joint. Joints between the Bones of the Skull and Teeth is a comical example.
The Second Group is the slightly movable joints. A Sincere Examples of this is Symphysis pubis(Female Vulva) and the joints between the Bodies of the spine(Vertebrae).
The last but never the least type of Joint, is the Freely Movable Joints. Cogent examples are The Hip, Shoulder, Elbow, Knee and Ankle Joints which helps especially when bending Backward or Forward, so when The Muscles Stretch across The Joint it cause in it Shortens, dragging One Bone toward the other Blood Vessels and Nerves.
The result is the crossing of a Joint, The Muscles that move it and the Joint Structures.
Speech Learning otherwise called Talking is the Fifth Exercise he's Educated on. It's a very Vital role of both Parents and Siblings(if they are Present) that shouldn't be ignored or taken for granted.
Babies, because of their utter dependence on more Older persons (eg Parents), they tends to learn very fast. It's therefore a good reason why the Parent should be well Cultured to say good words-Good Exclamations are preferred to cursing and abusive words.
it's a normal Sequence that a Baby who felt Loved, Cared and Supported from mostly Parents also grows and develops to become a Caring and Loving Parent too.
The next learning which is the most vital of it all (but needs the others to demonstrate its Uniqueness) is the Spiritual Exercise. This is the very paramount of it all.
Many Parents and Mothers are cruel failure in this part but this is where Vital norms take for example, Respect, Obedience, Singing Praises and Praying to God etc comes into full regalia.
Babies need alot of Spiritual Exercises in their day to day life just the same way every Sane Individual needs it. The most important Exercise is in the commiting of your Baby under God's protection, control(absolute) and guidance.
"Train Up a Child in the way it should go, when He is Old, he will not depart from it"- An Exerpt from Prov. 22 vs 6 and "Except The Lord build the House, they labour in Vain that builds it"-an exerpt from Psalm 127 vs 1 are two points out defending The Hypotheses of the above points.
But even The Learning to Sit, Step-down to the talking and Spiritual Exercise, there are vital Exercises that can be helpful to your Baby.
These parts are a bit practical and it consist of Twelve branches. The number One Branch is-Lie The Baby face down(On your Lap), then turn the Arm across The Baby's back(One Arm at a time please).
This practice will help your Child especially when bathing and He/She wants to Rub Soap, Cream or Lock her Bra.
Practice Two is- Pull the Arm across the Baby's head, One Arm per time(as in the first Case).
Practice Three is Move your fingers along the Baby's backbone(The Spine) and check if there is abnormality(If there is, try amending it using your Hands, if it is resistant then Visit your Paediatrist or Baby Physician).
Practice Four- Place your fourth Finger and Thumb in the dimple usually at the Baby's Buttocks. Try Tingling it. The reason is that it will give a damacating line-Seperating the Waist from the Buttocks resulting in the normal fitting. Try lifting The Buttocks Upward-It prevents flat Buttocks.
Practice Six- With the use of your Hand(One actually) supporting the Baby's Waist, use the other Hand to lift Up the Baby's duo legs Upward-It reduces fear especially in Acrobatics.
Practice Seven- Place your Baby on your lap, take both of His/Her Hands above the Head-It Ensures Stability when Objects are taken by Him/Her above His/Her Head.
Practice Eight- Cross each of the Baby's Head and use One hand to turn The Neck left and then to the Right.
Practice Ten- Supporting The Head(Baby's) use One hand to raise the Baby's Chin Up.
Practice Eleven- Release the Baby Up carefully (Throw Him Up). It will give The Child the Strength to Overcome fear associating with Height in later life Experience.
And Practice Twelve(12) which is the last but not The Least- After the Baby is Over Three Months(And from now on), after Bathing don't take your Child away from the Bathtub.
Allow your Child to play with his Legs(As your Support His or her Head with your Arm) and splash water with Hands.
It will enable your Baby's Thigh and Muscles to be Strong and Flexible and Prevent Muscles Sagging(Weakening).
Now, recaptitulation, I will say that your Child is your RESPONSIBILITY. Your Child is a Potential Nation. He/She being peculiar shouldn't be undermined and Spoilt by the Parents. No Baby is an Error even though the Parents may have done some Errors in the past that could point to His Arrival or Physical Birthing.
Allow God to be placed in the life of your Child and you'll Smile at last.
